Everyone is welcome! New Wave coaches will go over tips and tricks specific to the race and be available for questions before and after the swim.

Meet at the end of the Ryckman Park Pier (the swim start) at 2:30pm and we will all get in together! The course will be set up and we will have paddle board support in the water for you to swim as little or as much as you want!
